Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash after it was reported Thursday at 8:28 a.m. by a caller near Highland Park Primary School.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt and on three Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 10:05 a.m. on Second Street.

Officers investigated a theft reported by a First Street Northeast caller Thursday at 10:57 p.m.

Rubin Loran Stump of Rocky Boy, 43, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting at a First Street business Thursday at 1:10 p.m.

Two people were arrested after a First Street caller reported Thursday at 3:07 p.m. that a man and a woman were fighting.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Fifth Street caller reported this morning at 5:29 that a vehicle was entered during the previous night.

Officers investigated a theft report after an Ed Drive caller reported this morning at 5:32 a vehicle was entered and items were stolen.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jemcer Francisco Nelson of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 7:40 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a call Thursday on the 1200 Block of Washington Avenue where a gas meter was reported leaking. NorthWestern Energy responded to the scene and the problem was remedied.

A boy was born Tuesday, April 11, 2017, to Tyler and Erika Han of Havre.

Animal Shelter

Hill County was holding a 38-pound, tan, male pit bull-mix with no tag or collar found Thursday on Beaver Creek Road.
