Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 16th Street caller reported Wednesday at 7:26 a.m. that it appeared someone drove by her pickup truck and smashed her mirror with or bat or something similar.

Officers made two arrests Wednesday at 1:48 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue. No further information has been provided.

Officers conducted a building check after a Boulevard Avenue caller made a house check request Wednesday at 3:06 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated suspicious activity after a Sixth Street North caller reported Wednesday at 11:02 a.m. that two small children were walking around barefoot without any supervision.

Deputies made two arrests Wednesday at 8:19 p.m. in the Hill County area. No further information was provided about the arrests.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Wednesday and one today.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two female Labrador-border collie mix dogs, a female Labrador retriever, a female dachshund-Jack Russell terrier, a female German shepherd, a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix, a male mix-breed dog, a male Boston terrier and a female bichon frise.
