Quick Pics - A concert to benefit Havre

Collin Raye and Shaunna Larkin perform Tuesday in the Montana State University-Northern Armory Gymnasium during the Havre Police Protective Association spring concert. The money from the concert is used to help the association achieve its goal to fund projects and scholarships which benefit the children of the community and to help police officers and their families during times of crisis.
