Kelli Sonju of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and making false reports to law enforcement authorities after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 9:39 a.m. that a female in the office had been part of a “domestic situation.”

Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a drug court officer asked for assistance on 15th Avenue Friday at 12:34 p.m.

Two people were arrested after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 1:29 p.m. that a pickup truck had been stolen after loaning it to a friend. Gary James Golie of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 1:35 p.m. and Dakota Blackout Houle of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of auto theft.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 4:24 p.m. that a car window had been broken out.

Raistlen Paul Katka of Great Falls, 25, was issued a summons on charges of partner family member assault and assault with a weapon. A Boulevard Avenue caller asked Friday at 5:06 p.m. to speak to an office, then reported Saturday at 9:41 a.m. receiving unwanted calls and texts the previous night.

Jonathan Wade Stump of Box Elder, 33, was issued a summons on charges of littering and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 6 p.m. that a man threw a beer bottle and it hit a car.

Officers assisted a citizen after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller made a report Friday at 6:29 p.m.

Jonathan Wade Stump of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 8:49 p.m. that a man had flipped off a guest and was cursing at them.

Rodrick Thomas Scheaffer of Harlem, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Friday at 9:10 p.m. that she had video footage of someone stealing a package off her porch.

Triston Alexander Ehry of Havre, 19, was arrested for charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Friday at 10:17 p.m. that a man had followed him home and was sitting in the a car in the driveway.

Joshua Glen Reid of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation after a First Steet caller made a complaint Saturday at 8:43 a.m.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violations of conditions release after a Smithville Road and 15th Street caller reported Saturday at 5:55 p.m. that a drunk man was threatening to beat up her and her daughter.

Officers investigated a complaint Saturday at 7:11 p.m. that the caller’s ex had thrown a glass bowl at her.

Erin Marie Hawley of Missoula, 29, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s licence and failure to produce or carry proof of insurance Saturday at 9:28 p.m. on First Street.

Dakota Blackout Houle of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on charges of theft, criminal mischief and law enforcement agency assist after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller reported Sunday at 7:01 a.m. that there was a bloody man in the area.

Winston Curley Stewart of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a violation of conditions release charge Sunday at 8:02 a.m.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Washington Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11 a.m. that their mailbox was smashed.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a First Street West caller reported Sunday at 3:39 p.m. that someone hit a pole and then parked the car near the building.

Officers investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a First Street Northeast caller reported Sunday at 9:46 p.m. that everything was stolen from her apartment.

Two juveniles, one 14, the other 16, were each issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and runaway juvenile after a Sixth Avenue caller reported today at 12:15 a.m. that her daughters had not come home.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a motor vehicle crash after a River Road North caller reported Saturday at 2:05 a.m. that a vehicle had rolled over and the driver, allegedly drunk, was not hurt.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller made a report Saturday at 7:14 a.m.

Deputies made an arrest after receiving information pertaining to a domestic disturbance in Box Elder Sunday at 1 p.m. No further information on the arrest was provided.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a Third Street North caller reported Sunday at 9:44 p.m. that someone broke out his window.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two Saturday, five Sunday and two today.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 1:08 p.m. on the 1400 block of First Street after a gas smell had been reported. No gas was detected and no further action was needed.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 8:57 a.m. on the 300 Block of 13th Avenue where a powerline had come down. The street was blocked off while NorthWestern Energy put the lines back up. Wind might have been the reason the line came down.

——

Fire crews responded to the 1900 Block of First Street Northeast Sunday at 6 a.m. after a fire alarm was accidentally triggered. The alarm was reset and no further action needed to be take.

A girl was born Wednesday, April 5, 2017, to Savannah Sunchild and Jared MacDonald of Box Elder.
