Officers investigated a theft report after a Third Street business caller requested Thursday at 7:43 a.m. that an officer come to the store and look into a missing item.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Havre Middle School employee reported Thursday at 10:56 a.m. that paraphernalia needed to be picked up.

Cody Tyler Sutherland of Box Elder, 25, was issued a summons on two counts of partner or family member assault after a U.S. Highway 2 business caller at 11:09 a.m. Thursday reported a man with pending citations to appear.

Officers investigated Thursday at 2:24 p.m. a failure to comply with sexual or violent offender registration conditions.

Warren Joseph Parisian of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a house check Thursday at 3:19 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint Thursday at 3:20 p.m. related to a man on parole buying alcohol.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a report was made Thursday at 3:24 p.m. about identity theft.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash in the High School parking lot after a hit-and-run report was made Thursday at 3:33 p.m.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a caller near 14th Avenue and Second Street reported Thursday at 3:47 p.m. that their cousin took their vehicle without asking.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a report was made Thursday at 3:52 p.m. on Third Street.

Officers investigated an animal control report after a Bullhook Community Health Center caller reported Thursday at 5:59 p.m. a dog bite.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a First Street caller reported Thursday at 10:17 p.m. that someone may have broken into their house.

Claudine Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 53, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street establishment caller reported Thursday at 11:29 p.m. that an intoxicated woman was talking about having drugs.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Gregory Scott Henry of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant today at 1:42 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two male shepherds, a female Bichon Frise, a female pomeranian-border collie mix, a female German shepherd, a pit bull-terrier mix, a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix and Husky-shepherd male.
