1. Drawdown request No. 19 for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project SRF Bond.

2. Confirm promotion of Patrol Officer Josh Gray Chagnon to the Havre Police Department.

3. Approval for the Hill County Clerk and Recorder to conduct the city election by mail ballot.

4. Approval of March claims and manual warrants.
