Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street West caller reported Tuesday at 9:09 a.m. that they were missing a trailer.

Darrel Michael Dubois of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant when officers assisted another agency Tuesday at 9:16 a.m. at a Ninth Avenue business.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Second Street West caller reported Tuesday at 10:27 a.m. that a hit and run had taken place.

——

Robert Alexander McConnell of Havre, 36, was arrested on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation charge during a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 3:17 p.m. on Third Street.

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. that a man with a warrant was caught on camera.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 45, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal contempt when an officer investigated suspicious activity Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. near a Third Street address.

Jonathan Wade Stump of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after officers assisted a citizen who made a report Tuesday at 6:26 p.m. from a First Street business.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Sixth Street caller reported Tuesday at 8:41 p.m. that a parked car was hit and one person was injured.

Joseph John Earl Bear of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 8:48 p.m. at a First Street business.

Geno Valdez Menard of Havre, 19, was issued a summons after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported today at 1:33 a.m. a hit and run.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Kevin Gene Tomaskie of Havre, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 3:48 p.m. at the sheriff’s office.

Gabriel Lewis Lawrence of Havre, 47, was arrested on a driving with suspended or revoked  driver’s license charge today at 1:12 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. at the 1400 Block of First Avenue where a fire alarm was pulled by a kid. The alarm was shut off and no further action needed to be taken.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 10:59 p.m. on the 200 Block of 10th Street  where someone had burned food and set the alarm off. The smoke was cleared and no one was hurt or needed medical attention.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, two male shepherds, a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix, a pit bull-terrier mix and a female pomeranian-border collie mix dog.
