Quick Pics - Patera receives award from National Weather Service

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Turner Port Director Bill Patera and National Weather Service Observation Program Leader Matt Moorman of Great Falls pose for a photograph with Patera's 25 Year Length of Service Award. Weather Service presented the award to Patera for taking and reporting daily weather observations at the official weather station located at the Turner Port Station. The daily observations consist of maximum and minimum temperatures, precipitation, snowfall and snow depth. The weather station was established in 1985 near its current location.
