Stump was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a state District Court warrant after a First Street establishment caller reported Friday at 10:43 p.m that a man was trying to fight people.

Officers made two arrests after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 11:18 p.m. that someone was trying to break into a vehicle. Santana Cruz Ledeau of Wolf Point 20, was arrested on charges of having an open container, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of dangerous drugs and minor in possession. Tyler James Vondall of Wolf Point, 23, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and having an open container.

Fire crews responded to the 1100 Block of 17th Street West after a gas odor was reported Sunday at 6:11 p.m. No gas leak or anything harmful was detected — sewer odor was the prime suspect — and no further action was taken.
