Havre Police Department

Andrew Robert Krezlak of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release, when an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity Tuesday at 2:47 p.m. on 16th Street West.

Officers issued summonses to two juveniles after a 10th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 3:25 p.m. that a group of children were fighting. A 13- and a 12-year-old each received summonses for charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

Peter Randall Sunchild of Box Elder, 55, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 5:39 p.m. that her sister had found some paraphernalia.

A 14-year-old received a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation and runaway juvenile after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 9:59 p.m. that their daughter “took off.”

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Third Street caller reported today at 12:40 a.m. that a pickup truck hit another vehicle and drove off the wrong way down a one-way road.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a caller near storage units behind a First Street business made a report Tuesday at 10:20 a.m.

Rick Valdez of Havre, 40, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report made by a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller Tuesday at 12:53 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a Highway 87 caller reported Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. that someone stole his tools.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call this morning at 4:30 at the 900 Block of Second Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, one male and one female shepherd, a terrier-Collie pit bull mix and a male Labrador-pit bull terrier mix.

The shelter also held a female cat and a male kitten.
