Officers investigated a 5:52 p.m. Friday report at the police station that an employer had taken child support out of the complainant’s paycheck, but had not paid it out to the intended recipient.

Officers responded to a 9:48 p.m. Friday call from a First Street business that a woman was trespassing in the store.

Nashae Ryan Bauer of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Saturday at 1:40 a.m. two women were fighting inside the bar.

After an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on 11th Avenue at 11:09 a.m. Saturday, Mason Lee Sandstrom of Havre, 18 was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Thomas Wayne Lorentz of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of child restraint, after an officer initiated a vehicle stop on Montana Avenue at 4:56 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a complaint involving text messages, reported Saturday at 5:15 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 64, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property after a First Street business reported Saturday at 8:55 p.m. someone with a restraining order was at the business.

Kyle Webster Brockie of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an 8 a.m. Sunday report of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Thomas Mathew Dess of Havre, 61, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an 8:01 a.m. Sunday report of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a Sunday 11:33 a.m. report of a two-vehicle, noninjury crash on First Street West.

Michael Dion Fisk of Havre, 45, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants at 4:18 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers responding to a domestic disturbance report on First Street at 4:11 a.m. today made an arrest, but no further information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Gene Allen Swick of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense; obstructing a peace officer; fleeing or eluding a peace officer; criminal mischief; criminal endangerment; possession of dangerous drugs, two counts; use of property subject to criminal forfeiture; possession with intent to sell; possession of drug paraphernalia; stop sign violation, and reckless driving, after a deputy initiated a vehicle stop at 2 a.m. Saturday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday, two Sunday and two today.

Fire crews responded to a gas leak reported at 2:38 p.m. Friday at a Third Avenue church. NorthWestern Energy repaired the gas meter without incident.

Fire crews responded to a fire alarm at a Fourth Street apartment complex at 7:11 a.m. today. An alarm had been set off by burning food, and responders reset the alarm.
