Havre Police Department

Nathan Kevin Sam of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Avenue West caller reported Wednesday at 7:56 a.m. that a man was lying in the snow in the neighbor’s yard.

Adrian Moses Shawl of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on a theft charge after an officer made a report Wednesday at 9:33 a.m.

Richard Dale Stampka of Great Falls, 43, was arrested on a federal warrant at a 13th Street West and Jefferson Avenue location Wednesday at 4:29 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Gary James Tendoy of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 7:08 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center after being transported from Rocky Boy Police Department.

Daniel Blaine Friede Jr. of Box Elder, 38, was arrested on Justice or City court and state District Court warrants Wednesday at 7:21 p.m. at the HCDC.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Wednesday and one today.
