Sabra Huston, left, and Brenda Yirsa hold up a quilt Huston finished as Karen Pollington looks on Tuesday during a meeting of the Hi-Line Quilt Guild in Havre Holiday Village Mall Community Room. The group discussed the importance layout, design, style and technique, as well as the importance of labeling that includes information about who made the quilt to show the history of the quilt. The group said that when early families moved throughout the country quilts were a part of that history and may date back to their homeland, but the history of who made them may have been lost and so some of the family history.
