Thanks to 9C tournament volunteers

The Athletic Committee of the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Havre High School and District 9C would like to extend a huge heartfelt thank you to the 60 plus volunteers who worked the Boys and Girls District Basketball Tournament at Havre High School this past week.

The Chamber’s Athletic Committee secured volunteers to work the tournament, along with recruiting 25 business sponsors to host the hospitality rooms for tournament officials and coaches to enjoy. Thank you Culligan, Coke, MSU-N Foundation, Koefod Agency, Independence Bank, Gary & Leo’s Fresh Foods, Clausen & Sons, McDonald’s, D.A. Davidson, Duchscher Agency, Credit Bureau of Havre, Tilleman Hi-Line Dodge, Tilleman Motor Co., Triangle Communications, Ezzie’s, E-Z Mart, Western Drug, Fifth Avenue Grind, Havre’s Holiday Village Mall, Tire-Rama, Havre Hi-Line Realty, Triangle Mobile, Baldwin Insurance, Havre Daily News, Bear Paw Credit Union, NorthWestern Energy and Northern Montana Hospital for sponsoring the hospitality room this year. A sincere thank you to each event sponsor as your support is greatly appreciated.

The goal of the Athletic Committee is to promote and support athletic events that in turn help to stimulate the local economy. Without this help from the community, events such as the 9C Tournament would not be able to take place. The committee greatly appreciates the time you shared and your commitment to help.
