Officers assisted a citizen after a 16th Street West caller asked Tuesday at 9:09 a.m. for a welfare check on a student.

Carl John Morsette of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Street West business caller reported Tuesday at 10:25 a.m. that a man in a camofluage jacket and blue jeans stole some beer.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller at the HRDC Building reported Tuesday at 11:11 a.m. that someone who called the crisis line needed a welfare check.

Officers investigated after a Hidden Valley Drive caller reported Tuesday at 12:19 p.m. that he had found an abandoned bicycle at a park.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of assault after a Havre High School employee reported Tuesday at 2:34 p.m. that a fight had broken out.

Officers assisted a citizen who asked at the police department Tuesday at 4:50 p.m. to speak to an officer.

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of minor in possession, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a Second Street caller reported today at 1:12 a.m. that the neighbor is “freaking out” and breaking things.

The Sheriff’s office reported no investigations or arrests Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and two today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a small red terrier mix and a female German shepherd.
