Officers investigated after someone reported at the police station Friday at 12:23 p.m. they had lost a cellphone.

Officers investigated a complaint after someone reported at the police station Friday at 2:02 p.m. his ex-girlfriend had some of his property and someone stole a sound bar from his home.

Kyle Steven Winn of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported Friday at 11:30 p.m. that a young child was running around.

Officers assisted a citizen after receiving a call Saturday at 1:16 a.m. from a 12th Avenue caller who wanted to speak to an officer about his wife.

Officers investigated after receiving a call Saturday at 10:49 a.m. from a 12th Avenue caller who said they found a set of keys.

Officers investigated after receiving a call Saturday at 11:58 a.m. from a Second Street caller who said they found drug paraphernalia in the an empty trailer.

Chad Stewart of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on charges of "other" and dog at large after a Fifth Avenue caller Saturday at 12:30 p.m. reported an aggressive stray dog.

Doug Arthur Beilke of Havre, 60, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at Sixth Avenue and Second Street reported Saturday at 3:08 p.m. that OnStar was reporting a male down at the intersection.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., of Hays, 58, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 5:17 p.m. that a man from a 4:48 p.m. call was back at the store.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and minor in possession after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 10:27 p.m. a noncombative male shoplifter.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 10:57 p.m. that people were squatting again.

Verlas Reylynne Chiefstick of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Sunday at 12:30 a.m. that an intoxicated elderly woman from Rocky Boy was told the taxi doesn’t drive that far.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 10:44 a.m. that his vehicle was hit sometime that morning.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Due to a national holiday, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office call log was not made available this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 7:50 a.m. on the 1600 Block of Second Street; Friday at 10:53 a.m. on the 400 Block of Fourth Street; Friday at 5:34 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street; Sunday at 5:35 p.m. on the 100 Block of Ninth Avenue, and Sunday at 6:33 p.m. on the 200 Block of Ninth Avenue Northwest.

No additional information on the fire calls over the weekend was available from the Havre Fire Department this morning.
