Gilbert Francis Werk of Hays, 36,was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from a First Street Northeast address reported Monday at 11:32 a.m. that a man in a red vehicle appeared to be doing drugs.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near a Second Street business reported Monday at 3:11 p.m. needing to discuss an incident.

Deputies investigated a complaint Monday at 9:39 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Zachary Hunt of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Monday at 2:47 p.m. that an employee had admitted to stealing merchandise.

A 16-year-old was issued a a summons on a juvenile curfew violations charge after a Fifth Street North caller reported a juvenile status offense Monday at 11:02 p.m.
