Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 16th Street caller reported Friday at 8:10 a.m. that a car ran into him as he was backing out of his driveway.

Darius Richard Moreno of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance Friday after an officer investigated suspicious activity Friday at 8:25 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Havre business caller reported Friday at 1:20 p.m. that wheels and tires were stolen off his vehicle.

——

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash after a caller on First Street West made a report Friday at 2:02 p.m.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue Friday at 4:22 p.m. Gary James Golie of Havre, 40, was issued a summons for driving without a driver’s license, and Erica Ann Dion of Havre, 34, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a violation of conditions release.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near a First Street establishment reported Friday at 8:03 p.m. that a pickup truck ran into a power pole and was last seen going westbound on Second Street.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 7 a.m. that his neighbors were fighting downstairs.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 9:48 a.m. that a man grabbed a woman and tried to push her in the car.

Officers investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash after a Fifth Avenue caller made a report Saturday at 10:55 a.m.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported Saturday at 1:40 p.m. that the windows to their car had been broken out.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at Seventh Street and Second Avenue after a report was made Saturday at 1:47 p.m. that two pickups had collided.

Donald Dale Meyers of Box Elder, 63, was issued a summons on charges of driving without insurance and careless driving after a caller near the mall hill reported Saturday at 5:16 p.m. that a silver pickup had run a vehicle off the road and was driving erratically.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash  along U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Saturday at 7:17 p.m.

Officers issued 31 summonses after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Sunday at 12:05 a.m. that a party was going on. Summonses, each on a charge of unlawful transactions with children, were issued to 12 people: Leroy Caleb McClaren of Havre, 23; Dace Matthew Fisher of Havre, 21; Levi Thomas Willekes of Havre, 21, who was also charged with social host; Kali McDonald-Kelley of Tacoma, Washington, 21; Oscar Mercado of Havre, 21; Jacob Doyle Good of Havre, 23; Cassidy Lee MillerAnderson of Havre, 23; Paige Ashley Rauscher of Conrad, 21; Maximillian Mead of Havre, 21; Jordann Gilbert of Havre, 23; Amanda Mae Heinel of Sidney; Sierra Collins of Havre, 22. Rebecca Sharon Denson of Havre, 53, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a Probation and Parole officer on 17th Street West asked for assistance Sunday at 10:01 a.m.

Officers made two arrests after a caller from Ninth Avenue Northwest reported Sunday at 1:46 p.m. that a woman in a black hat and sunglasses tried to force her way into a home. Kimberly Kay Pewitt of Harlem, 44, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Gloria Brown  of Chinook, 45, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal trespass to property.

Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s licence and habitual traffic offender after a 16th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 2:20 p.m. that a woman was driving without a driver’s license.

Jessica Dawn Racine of Browning, 27, was arrested for a theft charge after a First Street West business caller reported Sunday at 5:29 p.m. that a customer couldn’t pay for food.

——

A 10-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of assault with a weapon  after a caller at a First Street park reported Sunday at 7 p.m. that a kid “tried stabbing her child with a stick.”

Officers investigated a theft report after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 7:22 p.m. that someone came into his house and stole his hockey bag.

——

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 16th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 10:38 p.m. that someone smashed in the window on the back door of the house.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Charmaine Morin of Havre, 63, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 8 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a theft report mae by a Buttercup Road caller in Box Elder Friday at 1:09 p.m.

Terra Marie Oats of Havre, 32, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 3:56 p.m. at the HCDC.

Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 3:57 p.m. at the HCDC.

Kimberle Rose Krutzfeld of Havre, 54, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 4:28 p.m. at the HCDC.

Deputies served a warrant Sunday at 9:02 p.m. at the HCDC.

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of contempts for which a justice of the peace may punish Sunday at 9:04 p.m. at the HCDC.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and and two today.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 12:34 a.m. on the 1100 Block of 16th Street West where a gas odor was reported. NorthWestern Energy employees found a loose fitting on an appliance that was tightened and the problem was fixed.  

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday morning a black terrier mix,  a small red terrier mix and two black Labradors.
