Manufacturing and International Trade Day announced for March 1

Montana Manufacturing Association, the Montana Chamber of Commerce and their partners are holding the annual Manufacturing and International Trade Day Wednesday, March 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda in Helena, with exhibits and an awards luncheon.

The event is sponsored to recognize the importance of exporting and bringing new dollars to Montana, including not only the exporting of Montana made goods and services but also international tourism, foreign direct investment, and global students. 

The annual event welcomes the Montana Manufacturing Association to also recognize and promote the importance of manufacturing to the Treasure State.

The event is free and open to the public.

Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a short ceremony to present the Manufacturer of the Year and Exporter of the Year Awards.
