Rueben Jessie Gillian of Havre, 33, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge Friday at 7:45 a.m. at the police department.

Angelo Duran of Havre, 26, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Friday at 8 a.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated burglary report after a Second Street caller made a report Friday at 8:08 a.m.

Mathew Clark Alcorn of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after a Second Street caller made a report Friday at 8:10 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a McKinley Avenue caller reported Friday at 8:20 a.m that his neighbor ran into his vehicle.

After a Seventh Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Friday at 12:57 p.m., officers arrested Mitchell James Jackson of Havre, 20, on a partner or family member assault charge and arrested Amber Dawn Jackson of Havre, 18, also on a partner or family member assault charge

Mark Thomas Simanton of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing a peace officer after a caller from a First Street business reported Friday at 5:57 p.m. that a male shoplifter fled on foot.

After a caller from a First Street establishment reported Friday at 7:40 p.m. that a woman had thrown a drink in someone’s face, officers arresged Brenda Elizabeth Barber of Havre, 42, on a charge of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct and issued a summons to Murice James White Mountain of Ronan, 29, on a chage of obstructing a peace officer.

Matthew Fredrick Kannberg of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to produce proof of insurance Saturday at 1:51 a.m. on First Street during a motor vehicle stop.

Wilson Joel Blackelk III of Hays, 28, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a First Street business caller reported a disturbance Saturday at 2:41 a.m.

Officers investigated after a caller near 13th Street and Jefferson Avenue reported Saturday at 6:45 a.m. that a street sign was in the road.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 1:45 p.m. that a guest had stolen another’s food stamp card.

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 40, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 2:17 p.m. that there was a woman in her room screaming.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 12th Street caller reported Saturday at 2:58 p.m. that a someone broke a vehicle’s window.

Jaclyn Grace Evans of Havre, 22, was arrested on DUI and a charge of “other” Sunday at 2:08 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on First Street.

Sade Rochelle Stearns of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of accident, driving without a driver’s license and careless driving after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 6:51 a.m. a “smashed up sedan” in the parking lot.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 11:12 p.m. that his girlfriend had been hit by her mother.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Harvey J. Morsette Jr. of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle without valid registration Saturday at 8:10 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue.

After receiving a call from person at a location on Fifth Street in Kremlin at 9:46 p.m., deputies arrested Sophia Maria Guzman of Kremlin, 19, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and Kenneth Charles Senigal of Kremlin, 18, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and issued a summons to a 17-year-old from Havre on a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Deputies investigated a burglary after a Fourth Street North caller reported Sunday at 1:36 p.m. that someone broke into his house.

Sade Rochelle Stearns of Havre, 19, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday at 5:17 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, three Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call at the 600 Block of Second Street after receiving a call Saturday at 1:31 p.m. No one from the fire department authorized to provide inormation had returned calls requesting details by printing deadline this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday morning a black terrier mix, a tan and white Jack Russell terrier mix and a small red terrier mix.
