Mark Thomas Simanton of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing a peace officer after a caller from a First Street business reported Friday at 5:57 p.m. that a male shoplifter fled on foot.

After a caller from a First Street establishment reported Friday at 7:40 p.m. that a woman had thrown a drink in someone’s face, officers arresged Brenda Elizabeth Barber of Havre, 42, on a charge of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct and issued a summons to Murice James White Mountain of Ronan, 29, on a chage of obstructing a peace officer.

Matthew Fredrick Kannberg of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to produce proof of insurance Saturday at 1:51 a.m. on First Street during a motor vehicle stop.

Wilson Joel Blackelk III of Hays, 28, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a First Street business caller reported a disturbance Saturday at 2:41 a.m.

Harvey J. Morsette Jr. of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle without valid registration Saturday at 8:10 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue.

After receiving a call from person at a location on Fifth Street in Kremlin at 9:46 p.m., deputies arrested Sophia Maria Guzman of Kremlin, 19, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and Kenneth Charles Senigal of Kremlin, 18, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children and issued a summons to a 17-year-old from Havre on a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Friday, three Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call at the 600 Block of Second Street after receiving a call Saturday at 1:31 p.m. No one from the fire department authorized to provide inormation had returned calls requesting details by printing deadline this morning.

The animal shelter held Monday morning a black terrier mix, a tan and white Jack Russell terrier mix and a small red terrier mix.
