2. Ordinance No. 897 (first reading) — An ordinance amending Title 6, Chapter 7, Section 1 of the Havre City Code, Police department authorized to remove vehicles.

3. Ordinance No. 898 (first reading) — An ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 13 of the Havre City Code, Trailer parking prohibited.

4. Ratification of Montana Public Employees Association City of Havre Dispatchers Collective Bargaining Agreement for Fiscal Year 2017.
