Havre Police Department

Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violations of conditions release after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 8:35 a.m. that a beer theft took place the night before.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report at Havre Middle School Monday 10:30 p.m.

Lawrence Kapualikai Duque of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 2:15 p.m. near an 11th Street West business.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash Monday at 3:35 p.m. on First Street.

Rueben Jessie Gillian of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Monday at 8:01 p.m. that a man dressed in black tried to enter the house.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 11:10 p.m. that her vehicle had been keyed a week ago and her neighbors were yelling.

Officers investigated an assault report after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 11:20 p.m. that he was jumped by three guys last week.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office did not report any investigations or arrests Monday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

The animal shelter held Monday morning a black and white feral cat,  a gray and white cat, a gray and white feral cat, a white and tan cat, two tiger-striped cats, a black cat, a black kitten, a black and white feral cat.
