Havre is hosting the eastern Class A speech, debate and drama divisional tournament Saturday and Leeds, also the managing editor of the Havre Daily News, was explaining procedures and changes in judging to vounteers. The team is holding another judging clinic Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the library.
