Havre Police Department

During a motor vehicle stop on 10th Street Monday at 8:25 a.m. Kyle William Main of Harlem, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Domnique Lynn Cochran of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on charges of failure to stop for traffic control signal, driving without a driver’s license and driving without insurance.

Wilson Joel Blackelk III of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on charges of theft from buildings and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Monday at 10:41 a.m. in relation to a theft at a First Street business theft.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 10:42 a.m. that a TV had been stolen.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Montana Avenue caller reported Monday at 2:28 p.m. that the tires on her vehicle were slashed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant Friday at 4:07 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Frank Eli McConnell III of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 12:13 a.m. near the landfill.

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a report was made by a Phelps Lane caller made a report Saturday at 4:34 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft report after a U.S. Highway 2 Rudyard caller reported Monday at 2:39 p.m. that someone had stolen gasoline.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday.

Fire crews responded to a call Monday at 6:27 p.m. at the 200 Block of Third Avenue where a sprinkler system malfunction had set off the sprinklers. The sprinkler defect was repaired and no further action was needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday morning a brown weimaraner-pit bull mix and a brown boxer.
