Eugene James Walls of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a First Street West business caller reported Tuesday at 8:34 a.m. finding a methamphetamine pipe.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a Havre Middle School employee reported a drug offense Tuesday at 3 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 4:17 p.m. that items were stolen from her vehicle.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Northern Montana Care Center caller reported Tuesday at 4:22 p.m. that someone had stolen money.

Duran Angelo of Havre, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 9:51 p.m. that he was having problems with his son.

Lukas James Harmon of Alta Loma, California, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 13th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 11:13 p.m. that a customer was refusing to pay.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported today at 12:43 a.m. that her ex-boyfriend slashed her tires.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Verlas Reylynne Chiefstick of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 10:14 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 12:16 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Jeffery James Shuck of Anaconda, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 5:47 p.m. at the HCDC.

Adrian Moses Shawl of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of contempts for which the justice of the peace may punish Tuesday at 5:48 p.m. at the HCDC.

A deputy served a restraining order Tuesday at 6:29 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 87 address.

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call Tuesday at 12:17 p.m.

Fire crews responded to two false alarm fire calls: one at 3:11 and another at 3:30 this morning, both calls on the 10 Block of Third Street.

The animal shelter held Wednesday morning a brown weimaraner-pit bull mix, tan shepherd mix and a black shepherd.
