Megan Rae Martin of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 8:48 a.m. at a Second Street Northeast address.

Jessie Leeann Manuel of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant  Wednesday at 9:55 a.m. on First Street Northeast.

Natasha Lynn Peck of Havre, 27, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants  Wednesday at 9:55 a.m. near a First Street Northeast address.

Officers investigated a theft report after an 11th Street West caller made a report Wednesday at 10:44 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Wednesday at 12:26 p.m. at 12th Street and Eighth Avenue.

After a school employee reported drug offenses Wednesday at 1:49 p.m., a 15-year-old and three 16-year-olds were each issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a report was made Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. from an 11th Street West address.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 2 West, reported Wednesday at 5:13 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen at the police station asked for a place to stay Wednesday at 9:25 p.m.

Officers investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash on 10th Street West, report Wednesday at 9:25 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a disturbance report after a Fifth Street, Kremlin, caller reported that her ex-boyfriend was making threats.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 12:27 p.m. at 12th Street and Eighth Avenue, where a collision between two pickup trucks had sent one into a power pole. The impact loosened a power line and fire crews had to contain the area while NorthWestern Energy made the necessary repairs. No medical transport was needed from the scene.

The animal shelter held Wednesday morning a male brown boxer, and a black and white feral cat, a black cat, a calico female cat, a gray and white male kitten, a tiger-striped male kitten, a gray and white cat, a gray and white feral cat,  a tan and white feral cat, two tiger-striped cats and a black cat
