The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in September.

A woman born in 1994 was fined $100 for minor in possession, under 18 at the time charged, first offense.

Anita Liane Thompson, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Robert Gerald Bear, born in 1991, pleaded guilty to violating speed limit near school or senior citizen center, 25 mph in a 15 mph zone, and for operating a vehicle with expired registration, no fine or sentence listed.

Erica Dion, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 142 days suspended and 38 credited, for resisting arrest. In a later case, Dion was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property. In a subsequent case, Dion was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for permitting unauthorized minor to drive. In a fourth case, Dion was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. In a fifth case, Dion was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 dyas in jail, all suspended, for disorderly conduct, and in another case sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. In a seventh case, Dion was fined $50 ordered to pay $21 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Sharon Lee Parsons, born in 1987, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

Darren George Healy, born in 1973, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Healy was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, born in 1970, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, three days suspended and seven credited, for disorderly conduct, amended from partner of family member assault, causing injury.

Tyler Jordan Henry, born in 1987, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 362 days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury; and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two charges: possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful restraint.

Christine Louise Hostetler, born in 1963, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Michael George Martin, born in 1971, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, amended from criminal mishief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500, no fine or sentence listed.

Jesika Jelean Blatter, born in 1987, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Tyson Keith Eagleman, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Robert Adam Hutson, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for possession of marijuana, first offense.

Michael Joseph Welch, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Morgan Spencer Barone, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for holding a speed contest without a written permit.

Kenneth Preston Lamere, born in 1992, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

William Bryan Boyd Jr., born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two charges: possession of marijuana, first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leona Snell, born in 1958, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Ralph Chatfield Preston, born in 1957, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for assault.

John Gary Grow, born in 1955, was fined $100 for careless driving, amended from driving under the influence, first offense.

Elizabeth Delynn Wardell, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and ordered to pay $250 restitution for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Dayrl John Norden, born in 1962, was fined $200 and ordered to pay $146.70 restitution for vicious animals, first offense.

Preston Wade Clark, born in 1986, was fined $100 for open container.

Roger Lee Wells, born in 1954, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for open container.

Hali Paige Carpenter, born in 1989, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense. In a later case, Carpenter was fined $1,500, ordered to pay $100 restitution and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Irvin Cole Bigknife, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault; and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of three charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and a second count of assault.

A boy born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP under 18, first offense.

Tyler Rochelle Azure, born in 1993, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Clinton A. Estell, born in 1958, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Melinda Rose Cochran, born n 1981, was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, and was fined $100 for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle on highway.

Chet Travis Shrauger, born in 1994, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $100 for failing to yield to vehicle on right.

Benjamin Allen Pierce, born in 1987, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for violating speed limit near school of senior citizens center, 26 mph in a 15 mph zone.

Theda Ann Rainingbird, born in 1965, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail, all days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jennifer Jean Cazier, born in 1983, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

A boy born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for each of two charges: failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage over $1,000.

Zavion D’Alexander Wolfchild, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for each of three charges: failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, first offense, failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage over $1,000; and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for violation in use of traffic education learner’s license.

Veronica Lynn Huntley, born in 1994, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Jacob Gregory Rider, born in 1990, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail, two days credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Taylor Ann Stokes, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $100 for each of three charges: operating a vehicle with .02 percent blood alcohol concentration, under age 21, first offense, MIP, under 18, first offense, unlawful possession of open alcoholic container in a vehicle on highway.

Savannah Chareece Rudio, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for violation oin use of traffic education learner’s license and fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Samantha Bea Huston, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for violation in use of traffic education learner’s license.

——

William Cowan, born in 1938, forfeited $100 for electronic communications device usage while driving prohibited.

——

Jonathan Patrick Hollar, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

——

John Thomas Bell, born in 1996, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and one credited, for aggravated DUI, first offense; and was fined $100 for each of two charges: speeding, 35 mph in a 25 mph zone and MIP, over 18, first offense.

Zane Joseph Marcenko, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Robin Joseph Mcconnell, born in 1980, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Derek Robert Fuzesy, born in 1984, was fined $2,375 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 358 days suspended and two credited, for DUI, second offense.

Christine Marie Rivera, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for animals running at large.

Salvador Campos Rivera, born in 1980, was fined $100 for animals running at large.

Shiela Eve Walker, born in 1969, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

Craig Steven Azure Sr., born in 1965, was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Wilson Joel Blackelk 3rd, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Jaxon Jerome Simonson, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for speeding, 42 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Casey Christopher Gilbertson, born in 1996, was fined $300 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Austin Jaymes Lamere, born in 1993, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without libability insurance, first offense.

Kimberly Ann Leeds, born in 1999, forfeited $100 for violating speed limit near school or senior citizens center, 34 mph in a 15mph zone.

Zona Anne Mcconnell, born in 1969, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended and revoked, no fine or sentence listed.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, born in 1969, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for criminal contempt.

Randy David Faldalen, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault.

Joseph Michael Velk, born in 1988, was fined $100 and sentenced to two days in jail, one day credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Claire Shambo, born in 1973, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jal, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property and was fined $15 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

——

In September, Judge Seigel also dealt with 54 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 29 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Eight citations were deferred by the prosecution, one was voided by the ticketing agency and four suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated.
