Officers investigated a theft report after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller said Thursday at 9:33 a.m. that her cellphone was stolen.

Jeffrey Duane Jones of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant Thursday at 11:42 a.m. on Second Street.

Officers investigated a complaint after an 11th Street West caller reported Thursday at 12:05 p.m. that a glass door had been broken.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash at Eighth Avenue and 13th Street after a caller made the report Thursday at 12:24 p.m.

Officers made two arrests after a Second Street caller asked police to have people removed from her house Thursday at 6:09 p.m. Nathan Kevin Sam of Box Elder, 33, and Donald James Doney of Hays, 54, were each arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 7:51 p.m. at the police station.

Jason Skidmore of Havre, 33, was arrested on an assault charge after a First Street business reported Thursday at 8:21 p.m. that a man had been assaulted.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a First Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 11:50 p.m. that a couple was fighting.

The animal shelter held Thursday morning a black and white feral cat, a black cat, a calico female cat, an orange male kitten, a gray and white male kitten, a tiger-striped male kitten, two gray and white cats and a long-haired, tiger-striped cat.
