Naomi Terry, Havre Girls Basketball

Naomi Terry is in her final season of high school basketball. And the Blue Pony senior is off to a fast start. Terry has helped Havre to a 4-0 start, including scoring 19 points and making two 3-pointers in last Friday’s big win at Belgrade. Terry followed that up with an even bigger performance in a win at Livingston Saturday. The Montana State-Northern commit poured in 21 points as the Blue Ponies completed the road sweep. Terry is a returning Class A All-Stater, and she was also a standout in volleyball this past season, as well as track and field.

Ethan Roberts, Havre Ice Hawks Hockey

The Havre Ice Hawks high school hockey team made their home debut this past weekend at the Havre Ice Dome. And though the Ice Hawks fell to the powerful Missoula Bruins, Ethan Roberts had a strong weekend. Roberts, who is a sophomore at Havre High, scored a goal and had two assists in Havre’s 8-3 loss to the Bruins Sunday while also skating well in Saturday’s game. Roberts, who also excels on the diamond for the Havre North Stars, is in his second season of high school hockey but is a longtime member of the Ice Hawk’s program.
