Jobe Jacob Barrows of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 9:48 a.m. on 14th Avenue.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a sedan and minivan after it was reported Tuesday at 2:04 p.m. by someone on Second Avenue.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:33 p.m. on Second Street on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at 2:06 p.m. by a First Street West business caller.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Monday after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 3:28 p.m. that a white sedan had run into a fire hydrant.

Cody Daniel Plainweather of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 11:05 p.m. that he needed help.

Adelle Delaine Koop of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served three warrants and made three arrests at the Hill County Detention Center Tuesday: One at 1:20 p.m, another at 3:15 p.m., and one at 4:27 p.m. No further information was provided on the arrests.

Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 35, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.
