Havre Middle School lists students of the month

Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for November is Conner McKay. Conner is the son of Alec McKay and Karley Martin. He has one sister, Kennedy McKay, two stepsisters, and three stepbrothers. Conner is an active member of Junior Helpers. He said that in his spare time, he enjoys camping and hanging out with friends and family. He also loves basketball, fishing, video games and reading. His teachers said Conner possesses an unbelievable poise about himself as well as exceptional manners. He is strong in math, stays on task and asks great questions. In the future he plans to become a teacher.

November's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month is Talia Huston. Talia is the daughter of Shad Huston and Christine Huston. She has two sisters, Macey and Piper Huston. Talia is involved in HMS basketball. She said she enjoys riding horses, playing games and spending time with her family and dog. Her teachers said Talia does a great job in class. She listens to tips on technique and takes advantage of opportunities classes have to offer. Her great attitude is seen every day and she is motivated to work hard. Talia's future plans are to go to college and become a horse veterinarian.

Sydney Marchion is the Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for November. Sydney is the daughter of Ben and Tyleen Marchion. She has two sisters, Makenzie and Gabby Marchion. Sydney said she enjoys photography and hiking. In her free time she loves to go camping and fishing with her family and friends. Her teachers said Sydney is kind and always willing to help others in any way. She has a beautiful smile and many friends. Sydney's future plans are to move to Missoula and become a nurse.
