The Animal Control Officer investigated at 9:48 a.m. on Sixth Avenue a dog that was left outside.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash between First Avenue and Montana Avenue after it was reported Wednesday at 11:42 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near Fifth Avenue after it was reported Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. that a cellphone was stolen.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 12:50 p.m. that money was stolen from the hotel room.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a caller from Second Street reported Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. that a 2005 Dodge Caravan with stickers all over it was taken from behind his home.

Officers made an arrest after two Jefferson Avenue callers reported Wednesday at 6:01 p.m. that they heard a man and woman fighting. No additional information was provided.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a First Street caller reported Wednesday at 6:16 p.m. that a door was broken down althouhh it didn’t appear that anything was taken.

Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of violations of conditions release after a caller from a First Street establishment reported Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. that a woman who was not supposed to be drinking was in the bar. After a caller at 8:52 p.m. from a Smithville Road location said “paraphernalia needs to be picked up, Stidham also was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions release.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Kevin Melvin Heavygun of New Town, North Dakota, 49, on a state District court warrant after a call was made Wednesday at 9:41 p.m. from another agency near U.S. Highway 2 in Kremlin.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Emergency fire crews responded to a fire call Wednesday at 9:41 p.m. at the 10 Block of 19th Street, where a house fire got out of control, reaching up into the attic into and causing an estimated $60,000 worth of damage. The family had to be evacuated and will need to get the home repaired before being able to come back. No one was taken to the hospital and no one was hurt.
