Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Tuesday 8:23 a.m. report from the area between Lincoln and Wilson avenues that a city dumpster had been run into.

Officers investigated and made an arrest after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 1:21 p.m. that a semitractor-trailer pulling a flatbed loaded with tanks clipped a light. No further information about the charges was provided.

A Third Street business caller reported Tuesday at 1:56 p.m. that a window had been broken out over the weekend, and officer investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a request for assistance called in from a First Street business Tuesday at 2:58 p.m.

An arrest was made after a Fifth Street caller Tuesday at 5:46 p.m. reported an assault and requested medical assistance. No further information was provided on the arrest.

Officers investigated a gasoline theft reported from a First Street business Tuesday at 6:53 p.m.

Zachary Lovato of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, criminal destruction of a communication device, disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release, after a 14th Avenue caller reported a domestic disturbance at 9:57 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a Tuesday 11:30 p.m. report from Fresno Road South that someone was trying to load the caller’s cattle into horse trailers.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.
