Preparation for Boys & Girls Club Festival of Trees underway

The ninth annual Festival of Trees fundraiser will be held Saturday, Nov. 26, in the Boys & Girls Club of the HI-Line at 500 First Ave. West.

The program raises money for the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line. The event includes a dinner and auction of the trees donated by local residents, organizations and businesses.

Previous Festivals of Trees helped the club raise enough money to undertake major additions and renovations to the former Devlin School building the club uses. One of the latest renovations created the kitchen and multi-purspose room, which will be used for the Festival of Trees event.

Watch for more trees that will be auctioned off the Saturday after Thanksgiving in upcoming editions of the Havre Daily News.
