Samuel Clearance Wells of Havre, 59, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after an Assiniboine Avenue caller reported Friday at 8:50 a.m. that a man had left bags, a cooler and other items on the back table.

Jessie Leeann Manuel of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after another agency near First Street Northeast asked for assistance Friday at 10:14 a.m.

Officers investigated a forgery report after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 11:51 a.m. that someone had written a bad check.

Friday at 3:13 p.m. after someone came to the police station to report an assault at 3:12 p.m. and another person called in a report at 3:13 p.m. A 16-year-old, Lisa Marie Dubois of Rudyad, 46, and Rebecka Danielson of Havre, 28, were each issued a summons on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Gabriel Anthony Benavidez of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller from Montana State University-Northern reported a domestic disturbance Friday at 4:09 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft after a Fifth Street caller reported Friday at 4:19 p.m. that her medication had been stolen.

Officers investigated a found property report after a caller from Lincoln-McKinley Primary School reported Friday at 4:29 p.m. that she’d found a phone.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog, dog registration and vaccination required and dog at large after a 17th Street West caller reported Friday at 4:48 p.m. that his child was bit by a dog.

Officers assisted a Second Street caller who reported Friday at 8:53 p.m. that she didn’t feel safe in her home.

Mikhali Siarheevich Pahrebets of Austin, Texas, 19, was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving and speeding Saturday at midnight on First Street West.

Officers investigated a lost property report after a caller from a First Street West business address reported Saturday at 4:10 p.m. that his wife lost her I.D. and was worried about getting on an airplane back to California.

Tanna Dale Windyboy of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from a First Street business reported someone with a warrant Saturday at  6:44 p.m.

Jonah Aaron Gower of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of failing to stop for traffic control signal and driving with a suspended or revoked license after being stopped at 9:01 p.m. Saturday on 5th Street.

Jordan Timothy Hagen of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 10:33 p.m. that a man was trying to light liquid in the road.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Ninth Street caller asked to speak to an officer Sunday at 10:34 a.m.

Officers investigated a sex offense after a Second Street caller reported a possible assault Sunday at 12:19 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 2:19 p.m. an employee theft.

Officers investigated a found property report after a Grant Avenue caller reported Sunday at 2:57 p.m. that he found a bow in his yard.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near Second Street reported a two-vehicle incident without any injuries.

Vanessa Danielle Segna of Havre, 34, was arrested on a pick and hold order after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 9:09 p.m. that he wanted a male removed from his residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a drug offense Friday at 8:48 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a vandalism report after a Main Street, Box Elder, caller reported Saturday at 9:09 a.m. that their window had been shot out with a BB gun.

Deputies investigated a burglary after a report was made from a Shambo Loop Lane Saturday at 5:20 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, six Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at the 500 Block of 14th Place to assist with an animal rescue.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 8:03 a.m. at the 500 Block of Second Street where a report of a smoke smell was reported. The smoke was found to be coming from an overheated appliance.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 10:44 p.m. on the 800 Block of First Street, where three to four gallons of diesel was found to be leaking from a vehicle. The fuel was absorbed and the citizen advised to get the leak fixed.

The animal shelter held this morning  a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a black  pitbull mix, a tan pit bull-Labrador mix, a border collie and  a brown terrier puppy.

The animal shelter held this morning a tiger-striped gray cat, a 10-week-old orange kitten, two gray and brown 10-week-old kittens, a black and white 1-year-old cat, an orange kitten, a gray adult tom cat, two black adult cats, a gray tiger-striped cat, a black cat and two black kittens.
