Obituary: Tommy Eileen Weigand

Tommy Eileen Weigand aka “White Crazy Woman” aka “Sioux Keri La ‘tay” (Women who sees into the future or Ghost Eyes) died of cancer Oct. 28, 2016. No funeral services are planned.

Her ashes will be privately scattered.
