A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of theft after officers investigated a theft report from a Lincoln Avenue caller who reported Friday at 8:38 a.m. that someone had stolen her credit card.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 12:37 p.m. that the back window to his vehicle was shot out.

Francisco De Rosso Valencia Jr. of Havre, 42, was arrested Friday at the police station on charges of violation of conditions release and resisting arrest Friday at 4:20 p.m. at the police department.

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 33, was arrested Friday at 8:08 p.m. on Fourth Street for violation of protective order.

David Daniel Day III of Box Elder, 30, was arrested Friday at 10:44 p.m. on three misdemeanor Justice or City court warrants and one felony warrant.

Jephrey Joseph Julian of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer on the 1500 Block near Third and Second streets after someone reported a disturbance Friday at 11:06 p.m.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and runaway juvenile after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Friday at 11:36 p.m. that a juvenile had run away from the taxi that was supposed to bring her home.

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 11:28 a.m. that this missing daughter had returned home.

Officers investigated a lost property report after a caller on First Street reported Saturday at 11:28 a.m. a hubcap in the road.

Holly Marie Dorcheus of Havre, 31, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 3:24 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a Smithville Road caller reported a disturbance Saturday at 4:19 p.m.

Officers made several arrests and issued several summonses Sunday after a caller near Third Street and Eighth Avenue reported at 12:19 a.m. that young kids were having a loud party. Two 20-year-olds were each issued a summons on charges of minor in possession — Seth Robert Christiaens of Billings and Brenna Marie Hulett of Havre; eight people were each arrested on a charge of MIP —  Sydni Anne Hogan of Great Falls, 20, Jace Tanner Billy of Havre, 20, Jaxon Jerome Simonson of Havre, 20, Austin James Krone of Stevensville, 20, Garrett Brady Kirschten of Colstrip, 20, Bryce William Bumgardner of St. Helens, Oregon, 19, Madison Taylor Knudson of Havre, 18, and Justin Scott Dunsmore of Havre, 19; five people were each arrested on a charge of unlawful transaction with children — Austin Rex Rychner of Havre, 23, Malcolm Dewon Manuel of Carson, California, 23, Tyler Lee Chandler of Evanston, Wyoming, 22, Jesus Marquez Morales of La Habra, California, 22, and Beau James Wilhelm of Hartland, Michigan, 21; two people were each arrested on a charge of social host ordinance violation — Alexander Carl Wagner of Laurel, 19, and Garet Lee Fowler of Belgrade, 20; Brandy Ruby Lambourne of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of MIP and obstructing a peace officer; and Toren Mads Andreasen of Fort Benton, 20, was arrested on charges of  MIP and social host.

Timothy Lee Dennis of Chinook, 34, was arrested on a charge of violation of protective order after an 18th Street caller reported a temporary restraining order Sunday at 12:08 p.m.

Officers issued two summonses and made an arrest Sunday at 4:56 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop in the Northern Montana Hospital parking lot. A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to produce proof of insurance and unauthorized use of motor vehicle; a 16-year-old was issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer; and Robert Lynn Azure of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Arnold Ray Wagner of Havre, 59, was arrested on a violation of conditions release charge  Sunday at 8:11 p.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a disturbance on Smithville Road Sunday at 10:45 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Montana Avenue caller reported Sunday at 10:52 p.m. that people were threatening to beat them up.

Zachary Lovato of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after an 11th Street Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:57 p.m. that her “boyfriend is drunk and freaking out.”

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest after a 3:19 p.m. Friday complaint from 2nd Street that a vehicle had run the caller off the road into the ditch. No further information was provided on the arrest.

Francisco Del Rosso Jr. of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of assault on a peace or judicial officer Friday at 4:52 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies assisting another agency Friday 11:50 p.m. at between Second and Third streets arrested Jephrey Joseph Julian of Havre, 29, on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant.

Jeana Lucero Granado of Havre, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 6:29 p.m. at the detention center.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 5:29 a.m. report of suspicious activity called in from the emergency room.

Colyn Boushie St. Pierre of Havre, 34, and Randee Rae Duran of Havre, 27, were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at the detention center after a caller reported an assault Sunday at 12:29 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to one call Friday, one Saturday, five Sunday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 8:17 p.m. on the 1000 Block of Boulevard Avenue where a carbon monoxide detector was beeping. The battery had run low and was replaced by the fire crew.

A girl was born Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, to Jessica Moyer and Zack Young of Havre.

The animal shelter held Friday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a black and tan shepherd mix, a brown pitbull mix, a white and black husky mix, a yellow Labrador-shepherd mix dog, a black and white border collie and a black pitbull mix.

The animal shelter held Friday a tiger-striped gray cat, a 9-week-old orange kitten, three gray and brown 9-week-old kittens, five black Siamese-mix 9-month old kittens, a 3-month old gray kitten, three black and white 1-year-old kittens, an orange kitten and a tiger-striped cat.
