Timothy Ryan Smith of Havre, 33, was arrested Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center for contempts which the justice of the peace may punish.
Havre Fire Department
Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 7:57 a.m. on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West where a can with cooking stove fuel was burning outside. The fire was contained and no further action was necessary.
