Officers investigated a complaint after a Washington Avenue caller asked Thursday at 9:28 p.m. to speak to an officer about his medication being taken.

Tanna Dale Windyboy of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, violations of child restraint and a probation violation Thursday at 11:15 p.m. on First Street Northeast.

Haley Lynn Dolphay of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a nuisance dog or animal charge after a Lincoln Avenue caller made a  report today at 1:51 a.m. of barking dogs.

Officers made two arrests this morning at 4:42 during a building check at Montana State University-Northern.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Levi Courage Bixby of Havre, 21, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 2:37 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center. No further information was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Thursday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd-mix, a black and tan shepherd-mix, a brown pit bull-mix and a white and black husky-mix dog.
