Fall crop reporting deadline approaching

Farm Service Agency has reminded local farmers that they have until Nov. 15 to report perennial and fall seeded crops to the agency.

  Timely crop reports are required to maintain eligibility for almost all USDA farm programs.

To help them report their crops FSA has prepared 2017 maps. The maps are ready to pick up at the office during business days.

Farmers who would like an electronic copy of their maps can receive a set via email once they authorize FSA to email sensitive documents.
