Montana Campus Compact and the Governor’s Office of Community Service recognized Trent Noel as the “Volunteer of the Game” during Saturday’s Montana State University-Northern home football game.
Noel was recognized for his active role at Northern as the Program Council Coordinator. When not busy pursuing his degree in civil engineering, Noel is in charge of many extra-curricular activities on campus and also helps to plan all of the concerts and entertainment that comes to MSU-Northern. Trent serves as an orientation leader introducing new students to campus living and encouraging them to get involved in activities outside of the classroom to make the most of their college experience. Noel grew up on a small farm near Harlem and was valedictorian at Harlem High School. He brings his strong work ethic and sense of community to Havre to make Northern a great place to study and play, a press release says.
Montana Campus Compact and the Governor’s Office of Community Service are recognizing student volunteers at one home game for each of Montana’s six Frontier Conference NAIA institutions this fall season.
