Havre Police Department

Roger John Brough of Havre, 56, was issued a summons for violating a protective order and stalking after someone came to the police department Monday at 1:46 p.m. to report a complaint.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole Monday at 2:43 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Laurencine Eashoppie of Hays, 58, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street business caller asked for a welfare check on a woman Monday at 2:46 p.m.

Jacob Gary Spang of Rocky Boy, 35, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 6:24 p.m. that they’d like to speak to an officer about people breaking locks on doors to re-enter rooms.

Officers investigated an animal control issue after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported that a 17-year-old girl had been bitten on the hand.

Teresa Angel Jiron of Havre, 21, was arrested Monday at 10:44 p.m. on Sixth Street for dirivng with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without valid registration.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Laurencine Brockie Doney of Hays, 58, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs Monday at 3:50 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Brian Lee St. Pierre of Montana, 46, was arrested on a Justice or city court warrant and on a possession of dangerous drugs charge this morning at 12:19 near a First Street business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one this morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Monday at 8:41 p.m. on the 0 Block of Third Street, where someone had melted some honey on a stove which resulted in smoke. No one was hurt and no fire was ignited.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix, a black and brown shepherd mix, a black and tan Shepherd mix and a brown and black small mix-breed dog.

The animal shelter held Tuesday a tiger-striped gray cat with five kittens, an orange cat, a tortie cat and a gray cat.
