Officers assisted a citizen after a First Street caller called and asked Friday at 12:28 p.m. to speak to an officer about the door being kicked in.

Shenia Tannese Stearns of Harlem, 20, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault Friday at 5:54 p.m. at a 10th Street West address.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 13th Street West caller reported Friday at 7:22 p.m. an injured female.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller reported Friday at 7:40 p.m. backing into a light pole at a First Street business.

Officers investigated a vandalism report  Friday at 9:53 p.m. after a McKinley Avenue area caller reported that her daughter’s car was “ice creamed.”

Officers investigated a juvenile offense report after a Smithville Road caller reported Saturday at 1:38 a.m. that their 14-year-old daughter had not come home yet. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Officers investigated a sex offense report after a caller from Northern Montana hospital made a report Saturday at 10:50 a.m.

Jennilyn Roberta Morton of a Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a charge of theft of belongings from motor vehicles after a caller made a report Saturday at 11:22 a.m.

Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 34, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, for a state District Court warrant and for revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Street business caller reported a combative female shoplifter Saturday at 11:27 a.m.

Officers made an arrest Saturday at 3:50 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on McKinley Avenue. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after an 11th Street West business caller reported Saturday at 4 p.m. that a car hit the east side of a building.

Officers investigated a stolen property report after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 6:34 p.m. that a bicycle had been stolen.

Officers investigated a complaint related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Saturday at 8:07 p.m.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Third Street caller reported Sunday at 11:43 a.m. a window broken and the home possibly broken into.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller reported Sunday at 1:10 p.m. that his tools had been stolen and they were found at a pawn shop.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a Monroe Avenue caller reported Sunday at 1:45 p.m. that people were yelling in the house.

Moses Lloyd Champagne of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of assault with a weapon after an Eight Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:11 p.m. that the man who stole his tools just tried to assault him.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated  a complaint after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller reported Friday at 4:17 p.m. that a child had been abused.

Carolyn Angela Horn of Harlem, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant  Sunday at 2:14 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, three Saturday , two Sunday and one this morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Sunday at 6:36 p.m. on the 400 Block of 10th Avenue where someone was burning grass in the backyard. The fire was put out and no further action was necessary.

A girl was born Friday, Sept. 30, 2016, to Stephanie Small and Jordan Windyboy Sr. of Havre.
