Officers assisted a citizen Thursday at 8:18 a.m. after a Second Street citizen requested a welfare check on a citizen.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller from Seventh Avenue and 13th Street reported Thursday at 9:16 a.m. a school bus passing issue.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller from Montana State University-Northern asked to speak to an officer Thursday at 11:25 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft after a First Street West business caller reported Thursday at 2 p.m. that a beer theft happened the previous night.

Nicole Christine Main of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of violations of conditions release in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Thursday at 7:25 p.m.

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations, runaway juvenile and youth in need of intervention after a 14th Street West caller reported a missing juvenile Thursday at 10:16 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Francisco Del Rosso Valencia of Havre, 41, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 3:04 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Javonne Mya Weaselboy of Missoula, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 3:48 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call this morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call this morning at 2:25 on the 900 Block of Third Street, from where a report of smoke and “buzzing” behind a counter was made. Fire crews were unable to unconfirm the concerns and no further action was necessary.

A girl was born Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016, to Ryan and Justine Greenough of Havre.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Thursday a brown female weimaraner-pit bull mix and a black and brown shepherd-mix dog.
