Officers investigated a found property report after a First Street business reported Tuesday at 8:46 a.m. that a set of golf clubs were found in front of the store.

Officers issued a summons after an 11th Street caller reported a stolen cellphone Tuesday at 11:27 a.m.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Wilson Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. that tire had been slashed earlier in the day.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Main Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. that a gun had been stolen.

Officers investigated a complaint in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety program violation Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller notified police Tuesday at 7:51 p.m. that property had been stolen.

Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Box Elder, 40, was issued a summons for charges of theft of belonging from other vehicles and criminal trespass to vehicles, after someone reported a robbery at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday.

Megan Lee Dobbs of Havre, 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Tuesday at 10:59 p.m. at a First Street business.

David Lewis Perez of Havre, 18, was issued a summons for speeding, failure to produce proof of insurance, driving without a driver’s license and having an expired registration.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon of Havre, 40, was arrested this morning for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made three arrests after a caller from Box Elder School reported Tuesday at 9:34 a.m. that a fight broke out among students.

Deputies made five arrests Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. near the tracks behind the water plant. Paul Robert Woods of Portland, Oregon, 29; Raina Christine Legrand of Pittsburgh, 23; Catherine Page Armstrong of Talahasee, Florida, 24; Matthew Painter Cornell of Woodstock, Missouri, 26; and Jonathan Arnold Peven of Fayetteville, Arkansas, 26, were each arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Births

A boy was born Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, to Joshua and Drew Turnsplenty of Hays.
