Officers investigating a theft report made Monday at 10:39 a.m. from a First Street West business made an arrest, but no further information was provided.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 12:10 p.m. on 16th Street that a dog had attacked another dog.

Two arrests were made after officers responded to a Monday 2:05 p.m. call from a First Street West business that a customer was refusing to pay. No further information about the arrests was provided.

Officers investigated a theft report made from a Third Avenue establishment Monday at 3:38 p.m.

Chad Steven Cliff of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers were called to assist a citizen at 17th Street West Monday at 3:44 p.m.

An arrest was made after officers at the police department were asked Monday at 4:05 p.m. to assist a citizen reporting being harassed. No further information about the arrest was provided.

Randy David Faldalen of Havre, 34, was arrested on a charge of assault and Thomas Mathew Dess of Havre, 61, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence after a caller reported from First Avenue a fight between three people Monday at 11:01 p.m.

Officers investigated a 12:14 a.m. report today of a stolen sound system and a phone tampered with on 14th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a vandalism report made Monday at 9:47 a.m. from a U.S. Highway 87 business in Box Elder about security cameras getting damaged overnight.

Deputies investigated a theft report made Monday at 1:09 p.m. from 4th Avenue Northwest of ladders stolen from a job site.

Anthony Daniel Nault of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 3:12 p.m. at the detention center.

Deputies investigated a suspicious activity report made Monday at 5:22 p.m. from U.S. Highway 2 West that the caller was being followed.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

Yesterday, the animal shelter held a tan and white pitbull, two brown female Weimaraner-pitbull crosses and a harrier-beagle cross for dogs, and a gray tiger-striped cat with five kittens, an orange cat, a tortoise-shell cat and a gray cat.
