1. Ordinance No. 894 - Ordinance Relating to the City of Havre, Montana, Amending Section 8-4-15 of the Havre City Code and Ordinance No. 861 to Provide for Separate Municipal Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Systems

2. REPEAL Resolution No. 3746 – Dates did not conform to Montana Codes Annotated 7-2-4707.

3. Resolution No. 3747 - A Resolution of Intention to Annex Certain Real Property to the City of Havre, to Fix the Date of Public Hearing and to Provide for Publication of Notice of Said Hearing.

4. Resolution No. 3748 - A Resolution Assessing a Special Property Tax Against Certain Property in the City of Havre, Montana for Failure to Pay a Reasonable Charge for Nuisance Weed Control on Their Property Under the Authority of Section 9-6-7 of the Havre City Codes.

5. Confirm Appointment of Firefighter Matt Cline.

6. Waste Water Treatment Plant SRF Bond Drawdown #16.
