10. Resolution No. 3741 (Final Reading) — A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax on Property Within the City Limits to Defray the Cost of Maintaining Streets for the City Of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2016-2017.

11. Resolution No. 3742 (Final Reading) — A Resolution Levying and Assessing a Tax on Property Within the City Limits to Defray the Cost of Bull Hook Maintenance for the City Of Havre, Montana for the Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
