Officers investigated a theft report after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 7:57 a.m. that his car was trespassed into and the GPS unit was stolen.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash report after a NorthWestern Energy representative reported Wednesday at 9:40 a.m. that the pole they were working on had been hit.

Travis Lee Berger of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller near the skate park reported a disturbance Wednesday at 9:56 a.m.

David Gene Shepard of Lakewood, Wisconsin, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller from First Street Northeast address reported Wednesday at 10:58 a.m. that a man had trespassed to property.

Kalled Sam Hassen Jaha of Chinook, 34, was issued a summons on charges of endangering the welfare of children and probation violation after a First Street West caller reported Wednesday at 4:29 p.m. that a 9-year-old boy was left by his parents.

Andrew David Ambler of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 6:50 p.m. at a First Street business.

Derek Robert Fuzesy of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a woman reported at the police station Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. being locked out of her house.

Robin Joseph McConennell of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of driving without a driver's license Wednesday at 11:13 p.m. on First Street.

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy of Box Elder, 34. was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant this morning at 1:59 at a First Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ryan Andrew Brandt of Havre, 24, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after a caller near the railroad yard reported Monday at 6:03 p.m. reported a man in the middle of the tracks.

Havre Fire Department

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 4:26 p.m. to the 10 Block of 13th Street West.

A girl was born Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, to Charlee Dezerae Huntley and Levi Kyle Olson IV of Box Elder.
