Frank John Benjamin of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and garbage/littering after an 11th Avenue caller made a complaint Thursday at 9:22 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a gold van and a Silver SUV after a caller from Third Street reported the incident Thursday at 1:34 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a report of employee theft called in from a First Street West business Thursday at 1:44 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported a stolen winch Thursday at 2:12 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Third Street caller reported Thursday at 7:18 p.m. that their granddaughter needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff'S Office

Deputies assisted a citizen after a Ninth Street West caller reported Thursday at 9:56 a.m. that there was a vehicle that was high-centered on their property.

Casey Boyd Bigknife of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 6:50 p.m. on Main Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel and fire crews recorded no medical or fire calls.

A girl was born Thursday, September 25, 2016, to Shaina Barrows and John Short-Lonebear of Harlem.

The animal shelter held a tan and white pitbull dog.
